The 39-year-old Popper was arrested Tuesday while he was a passenger inside a vehicle that was clocked going 111 miles per hour on Interstate 90. The Washington State Patrol says officers searching the black Mercedes SUV found numerous secret compartments containing weapons and a small amount of marijuana.
