JUST in case you weren’t quite sure yet that Pat Robertson is a complete idiot:
HAVANA, Cuba (Reuters) — Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, popular with the poor at home, offered on Tuesday to help needy Americans with cheap supplies of gasoline.
“We want to sell gasoline and heating fuel directly to poor communities in the United States,” the populist leader told reporters at the end of a visit to Communist-run Cuba.
CNN
Yeah Pat, this guy is a real monster, he should be taken out. Maybe Pat’s just jealous that his oil refinery went belly up. Moron.

Sure. Why not? Everyone else has a podcast, why not a Hurrican Podcast from the NOAA?

I guess Chad’s just mad that he couldn’t be out in it with his Hurricane Partner, Anderson Cooper.

WHEW
Courtney Love has denied reports that she’s pregnant with Steve Coogan’s baby and her management has released an official statement saying, “Courtney Love wishes to make it clear that she denies recent stories suggesting she is pregnant or has had a relationship with Steve Coogan. She confirms that she and Steve are good friends and have met a few times in Los Angeles.” The world can let out a collective sigh of relief now, knowing that a child won’t be in the care of America’s craziest woman. I’m not saying Courtney would make a bad mother, I just wouldn’t be surprised if she killed her child by accidentally feeding it heroin because she was too drunk, high, or stupid to know any better.

As if we didn’t already know it, Pat Robertson is certifiably insane.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Conservative U.S. evangelist Pat Robertson called for the assassination of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, saying the leftist leader wanted to turn his country into “the launching pad for communist infiltration and Muslim extremism.”
he founder of the Christian Coalition said during the Monday night television broadcast of his religious program, “The 700 Club,” that Chavez, one the most vocal critics of
President George W. Bush, was a “terrific danger” to the United States.
“We have the ability to take him out, and I think the time has come that we exercise that ability,” Robertson said.
“We don’t need another $200 billion war to get rid of one, you know, strong-arm dictator,” he continued. “It’s a whole lot easier to have some of the covert operatives do the job and then get it over with.”
Apparently Jesus said murder is ok if the guy you want to kill doesn’t believe what you do.

Ugh, Steve Coogan what were you thinking??
ew York - Ananova.com has reported about recent revelations that Courtney Love and Steve Coogan had a two-week fling.
But it doesn’t stop there … Courtney claims that she is in fact now pregnant with Steve’s child.
The Alan Partridge star has rubbished her claims, with The Sun reporting his spokesperson as saying: “He is astonished by this. It’s ridiculous.”
But Courtney told the News Of The World: “I am pregnant with Steve’s baby, but I’d rather not talk about our relationship.”

I’d move to CA just to vote this guy into office!
Could it be Stevie J. vs. the Governator in next year’s California gubernatorial race? We always figured the only political office he’d ever settle for would be “Godâ€, or perhaps, “Supreme Deity,†but the San Francisco Chronicle reports that “Democratic actvists†have been whispering about the possibility of Steve Jobs running for governor of California in the 2006 election…
